摘要
通过化学改性,合成了有机硅树脂/环氧树脂的复合树脂,探讨了不同固化剂及其复配方式对其固化性能的影响,并得到最佳固化配方。通过红外光谱(IR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、动态力学分析(DMA)及接触角测试研究,并比较了改性前后硅树脂涂层的微观结构形貌、体系相容性、表面性能等变化。研究结果表明:硅树脂与环氧树脂之间具有较好的微观相容性;改性后,硅树脂表面的粗糙度增加,接触角上升,疏水性提高。
A kind of silicone/EP composite resin was prepared by the chemical modification. The effects of curing agent types,content and formula on curing performance were investigated,and the optimum curing formula was determined. The infrared spectroscopy(IR) ,scanning electron microscopy(SEM),dynamic mechanical analyzer(DMA) and contact angle test were used to in- vestigate the change of structure morphology,system compatibility, surface property after the chemical modification of silicone resin. The result showed that a good micro-compatibility between the silicone resin and modifier EP was existed. It was also found that the surface roughness of the resin increased,the contact angle and surface hydrophobic property rose after modification.
