摘要 详细阐述纯聚脲技术作为自然灾害防御技术的优势,介绍了纯聚脲的常规力学性能、防爆耐压性能、附着性、抗冲蚀磨损和水流冲刷、抗渗性及耐老化性能,纯聚脲技术对防护堤、防御冰雹和地震灾害的防御原理。研究表明:纯聚脲材料具有优异的力学性能、超强的抵抗水流冲蚀磨损性能、杰出的耐老化性能和抗冲击性。纯聚脲防护涂层能有效防止水流的冲刷、侵蚀、溶解及物质冲击,从而增加防护工程的稳定性及使用寿命。 This paper describes the advantage of pure polyurea technology as natural disaster prevention technology, analysis the conventional mechanical properties, explosion -proof pressure resistance, adhesion, anti -erosion wear and water erosion, impermeability,and anti-aging properties of pure polyurea. It also introduces the defensive principle of pure polyurea be used for protective levees,defense hail and earthquake disaster. Studies have shown that pure polyurea material has excellent mechanical properties,superior resistance to water erosion wear performance,outstanding aging resistance and impact resistance. Pure polyurea protective coating can effectively prevent water erosion,dissolution and material impact,thereby increasing the stability and service life of the protective works.
