摘要
外墙外保温墙体裂缝是水渗透破坏保温体系的主要途径,严重危害外保温体系的节能效果和耐久性,此外在感观上也造成不良影响,引起质量纠纷。裂缝的产生有多种原因,除去施工操作因素,最主要的就是所使用材料的性能问题。其中,聚合物抹面砂浆的系统防护面层性能,是决定系统是否开裂的关键。对比分析了聚合物抹面砂浆弹性模量与收缩性能对系统抗裂性能的影响,对外墙外保温面层的抗裂研究提供积极作用。
Exterior insulation wall crack is the main way of water seepage damage of the thermal insulation system, which seriously influences its energy saving effect and durability. In addition, it also has a bad influence to the outward appearance and cause quality issue. The crack may be formed by several reasons. Besides construction and operation factor, the main cause is the properties of materials. Among them,the performance of system protection surface layer of the polymer mortar is the key factor to determine the crack. This paper compared and analyzed the influence of mortar elastic modulus and shrinkage performance of polymer mortar to the anti-crack performance of the system, which provide an active role in the anti-crack research of exterior insulation surface layer.
