摘要
提出一种基于交流-直流变换器的光电式电流传感器,可用于工频电流有效值的测量。传感器的组成主要包括铁芯(或空芯)电流互感器、交流-直流变换器、分流器、发光二极管及其驱动电路、塑料光纤和光电检测与放大电路。对 5~ 400 A工频电流进行实验测量,并采用含有自然对数的拟合函数对测量数据进行非线性拟合,得到传感器标定曲线的最大引用误差低于1.5%。
An opto-electronic current transducer based on AC-DC converter is presented. It can be used for measuring the RMS value of AC current. The transducer mainly composes of an iron-cored or air-cored current transducer, AC-DC converter, shunt resistance, LED, plastic optical fiber, photo-detector and amplifier In the scope of 5-400 A, we measured the 50 Hz AC current with the new type of transducer and fitted the experimental data with the natural logarithmic function. The maximum fiducial error between the calibrated fitting curve and the experimental data is less than 1.5 %.
