摘要
在一座 0.3 MW热输入的粉煤流化床燃烧试验台上,研究了其悬浮燃烧区内的气、固可燃物成分的分布特性。文中以烟气中的CO浓度(%)、煤灰的碳含量C(%)的分布来描述此特性。研究内容包括二次风率、二次风投入位置、床温、氧浓度、流化速度对悬浮燃烧区内CO浓度、煤灰碳含量C(%)分布影响规律。
On a pulverized-coal fluidized bed experimental rig with 0.3 MW heat input, the distribution characteristics of CO (%) (CO concentration in the gas) and C (%) (C content in the coal ash) in PC-FB's free combustion zone (FCZ) are studied. The influence of many factors on the distribution of CO (%) and C (%) in FCZ are investigated, such as bed temperature, fluidizing velocity, secondary air ratio, O2 concentration and secondary air ratio of each layer
