浇筑式沥青混凝土配合比设计优选方法研究

Research on Optimization Method for Mix Proportion Design of Mastic Asphalt Concrete

采用正交试验设计方法对浇筑式沥青混凝土的配合比进行了优选研究,正交方案选用L9(34),通过测定每组沥青混凝土试件的稳定度和流值,运用投影寻踪回归分析法(PPR)研究填料、级配指数和沥青用量对稳定度和流值的影响规律,从而优选出合适的基础配合比参数。结果表明,对于稳定度是级配指数影响最大,其次是填料用量的影响;对于流值是填料用量影响最大,其次是沥青用量的影响。

Here, the design of the mix proportion for mastic asphalt concrete is made by using the orthogonal test method, and L9 （3^4） is chosen for the orthogonal scheme. Then, through measuring the stable value and flow value, the influence laws of the packing, graded index and asphalt content on the asphalt concrete＇ s stable value and flow value are studied and analyzed by using PPR, so as to optimize the appropriate proportion parameters. The study results show that for the stability, the graded index has the most influence, the second is the packing content. While for the flow value, the pack content has the most influence, the second is the asphalt content.
