摘要
结合基坑特点及周边环境,对石牌东商业大厦基坑工程制定了有针对性的监测方案。通过使用测斜仪、水准仪、频率接收仪等对基坑深层水平位移、周边水位变化、支撑轴力、周边建筑沉降等项目进行了跟踪监测,取得了丰富的监测数据。监测结果表明,在基坑开挖到一定深度设置一道支撑能有效控制基坑壁的变形,避免"弓"形位移曲线的出现,监测成果为施工期间进行设计优化和合理组织施工提供了可靠的信息,从而确保了基坑工程的施工质量以及施工期间周边建筑的安全。
Combined with the characteristics of foundation excavation and surrounding environment, the targeted monitor- ing scheme for the foundation pit engineering of Shipai east commercial building has been formulated. By use of the incli- nometer, level and frequency receiving instrument, the horizontal displacement of depth layers, change of surrounding water level, supporting axial force, surrounding buildings' settlement and so on were monitored, gaining a wealth of monitoring data. The monitoring results indicate that to set a support could effectively contml the deformation of founda- tion pit wall with the excavation of foundation pit to a certain depth, which could avoid "bow" shape displacement curve. The monitoring results could provide the reliable information for optimization design and reasonable organization during construction, so as to ensure the construction quality of foundation pit and safety of the surrounding buildings during con- struction.
