Strategy Choices and Countermeasures for the Development of Overseas Student Education in Universities of Hainan

文章基于近几年来华留学生规模快速扩张的现实情况与未来发展远景目标,借用管理学中的战略管理思想,对海南高校留学生教育发展的战略选择、战略实施和控制提出一些建议和意见。

Based on the rapid increase in the number of overseas students studying in China in recent years and its future development goal, this paper discusses some cases in Hainan Normal University by using the strategy management theory, and tries to propose some views on the strategy choice, strategy implementation and control for international education development in universities of Hainan.
