摘要
生态哲学的发展为我们研究教师的可持续发展提供了新的方法和途径。文章认为,在自然与社会的整体性视角下,首先要营造一定的有利于教师可持续发展的社会氛围,制定相应的政策法规;其次要实现教师教育阶段性发展的衔接;同时要构建科学的教师可持续发展的评价体系。在人与个体的主体性视角下,要实现教师的可持续发展,教师必须树立终身学习的教育理念,参观交流,取长短补,积极投身于教研实践。
The development of ecological philosophy has supplied new methods and ways for the study of the sustainable development of teachers. In the holistic perspective of nature and society, efforts should, as is opined, be first of all made to create a social atmosphere conducive to the sustainable development of teachers, to formulate appropriate policies and regulations, and secondly to achieve the convergence of the phased development of teacher education as well as to build a scientific evaluation system for the sustainable development of teachers. In the subjectivity perspective of persons and individuals, the sustainable development of teachers can be attained by establishing the educational concept of lifelong learning on the part of teachers, conducting visits and exchanges, learning from each other' s strong points, and by actively participating in teaching and research practice.
