摘要
鉴于雷电灾害对输电线路安全运行的影响,目前落雷多且变化大地区在雷击预测方面还有很大的随机性,以网格法建立雷电统计模型,提出了使用基于密度聚类和基于距离聚类两种聚类方法进行雷团聚类预测的研究方法,并引用华东电网地区监测的历史雷击数据进行算例分析,验证了预测算法的精确性和可靠性,具有很强的实际意义。
In view of influence of lightning disasters on security operation of transmission lines, high randomness exists in lightning prediction when it is applied to areas where lightning occurs and varies frequently. Lightning statistical model is established by using grid method in this paper. And two clustering methods, the density-based clustering method and the distance-based clustering methods, are proposed to predict the lightning. Applying the methods above, we analyze the historical monitored lightning data from East China power grid and prove the accuracy and reliability of the proposed prediction algorithm, which is of practical significance.
