慢性阻塞性肺病伴肺部感染营养不良的危险因素分析

Risk factors of malnutrition in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicating pulmonary infection

目的探讨慢性阻塞性肺病伴肺部感染患者营养不良的危险因素。方法简易营养评价精法调查2009年收治的慢性阻塞性肺病伴肺部感染患者,筛选营养不良的危险因素。结果慢性阻塞性肺病伴肺部感染患者营养不良发生率为55.65%,厌食、较低氧血症及第一秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)占用力肺活量(FVC)百分比等为慢性阻塞性肺病伴肺部感染患者营养不良的危险因素。结论厌食、较低氧血症及FEV1/FVC等为慢性阻塞性肺病伴肺部感染患者营养不良的危险因素。

Objective To investigate risk factors for malnutrition in inpatients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicating pulmonary infection. Methods Using short-form mini-nutritional assessment, inpatients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicating pulmonary infection were evaluated retrospectively in 2009 to screen risk factors. Results The prevalence of mal- nutrition in inpatients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicating pulmonary infection was 55.65%, and anorexia, low oxy- gen pressure of artery and low FEV1/FVC may be risk factors of malnutrition of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicating pul- monary infection. Conclusion Anorexia,low oxygen pressure of artery and low FEV1/FVC may be risk factors of malnutrition of chron- ic obstructive pulmonary disease complicating pulmonary infection.
