自体外周血干细胞移植联合血管腔内成形术治疗下肢缺血性疾病的疗效观察 被引量:6

摘要 目的观察下肢缺血性疾病经自体外周血干细胞移植(peripheral blood stem cells,PBSC)联合血管腔内成形术(percutaneous transluminal angioplasty,PTA)治疗后的临床疗效。方法 2008年6月至2011年8月我院收治的下肢缺血性疾病患者39例,按随机数字表法分为试验组20例和对照组19例,试验组接受PBSC联合PTA治疗,对照组仅接受PBSC治疗。比较治疗后两种方法的临床疗效。结果术后所有患者疼痛症状、冷感、间歇性跛行均有不同程度的改善,踝肱比值(ABI)提高明显(P<0.05);第6个月,试验组ABI(0.51±0.16)高于对照组(0.48±0.15),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PB-SC联合PTA是治疗下肢缺血性疾病的有效方法,两者联合运用效果优于单纯PBSC治疗。 Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of peripheral blood stem cells (PBSC)transplantation combined with percutaneous transluminal angioplasty(PTA) for the treatment of lower limb extremity ischemia. Methods Twenty-seven patients with lower limb extremity ischemia were enroll at our hospital during the period from July,2008 to April ,2011. These patients randomly di- vided into two groups. Patients in experimental group were treated with PBSC transplantation combined with PTA while patients in con- trol group were treated with PBSC transplantation only. The clinic outcomes were compared between two groups. Results The disease symptoms of all patients were improved to one degree or another, and ankle braehia] index(ABI) was dramatically increased. At the 6th month, ABI of experimental group was significantly higher than that of control patients(0.51±0.16 vs. 0.48±0.15, P 〈 0.05). Conclusions PBSC transplantation combined with PTA for the treatment of lower extremity ischemia might be more effective than PBSC treatment only.
