摘要
目的探讨优质护理服务对提高住院患者满意度的作用,为护理管理者进一步推进优质护理工作提供参考依据。方法采用患者满意度调查表对我院2009年、2011年6月及12月住院患者进行调查并采用统计学方法进行分析。结果开展优质护理服务后,患者总体满意度由2009年的97.55%上升到2011年的99.47%,各因子的满意度也均有上升。结论优质护理服务有利于提高患者满意度,促进护患和谐,适宜在医疗机构中推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effectiveness of the "High Quality Nursing" in promoting the satisfaction of inpatients, thus providing evidence for administrators to carry forward high quality nursing work. Methods The patients admitted in June and December of 2009 and 2011 were investigated by answering a patients' satisfaction inventory designed by us. The data were then statistically analyzed. Results The total satisfaction degree was improved from 97.55% of 2009 to 99.47% of 2011. Each dimension- ality of the satisfaction was also improved. Condusions The "High Quality Nursing" is effective in improving the satisfaction of inpatients, and also can promote the harmony between patients and nurses. It is suitable to be popularly applied in the hospitals.
