摘要
目的探讨临床护理路径在妇科围手术期患者健康教育中的应用效果。方法 76例妇科住院手术患者采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各38例。对照组采用一般健康教育方式,观察组采用临床护理路径表的健康教育方式。结果观察组疾病相关知识的知晓率和满意度均高于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论应用健康教育路径,有利于提高患者健康知识的知晓率和满意度。
Objective To explore the application of the clinical pathway of health education for the patients in the gynecologic peri-operation. Methods Seventy-six cases were divided into the observation group and the control group ,38 cases in each group. The control group adopted the general health education, and the observation group adopted the health education of clinical pathway. Results The rate of disease knowledge and the degree of satisfaction in patients in the observation group were both higher than that in the con- trol group. The differences were significant( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusions The application of health education pathway is beneficial for improving the patients' health knowledge and satisfaction.
