城镇化进程加快背景下农产品流通的SWOT分析及对策建议——以陕西为例

The SWOT Analysis and Countermeasures of Agricultural Products Circulation of Shaanxi under the Background of Accelerate Urbanization Process

城镇化进程的加快为完善陕西农产品流通体系提供了良好的发展机遇。本文通过对城镇化背景下陕西农产品流通发展进行SWOT分析,从以组织和培训农村剩余劳动力为主,提高农产品流通组织化程度;以城镇化建设为推手,推进农产品流通信息化进程;以示范带动、完善服务为抓手,推广农产品生产、物流标准化等方面,提出提高陕西农产品流通效率的对策建议。

The acceleration of the urbanization process provides a good opportunity for improvement of agricultural product circulation system of Shaanxi. The paper puts forward a proposal to improve the circulation efficiency of ag- ricultural products in Shaanxi through SWOT analysis, by improving the degree of organization of agricultural prod- ucts circulation, promoting the information process, extending standardization in agricultural products＇ production and sales.
