Innovation of Ideological and Political Work in the GEC Model

面对社会转型过程中出现的多元化价值体系与生活方式,大学生思想政治教育工作必须根据现实需要做出及时调整。笔者以小组社会工作为切入点,提出GEC大学生小组工作模式(下文简称GEC模式),并从高校思想政治教育面临的新形势,GEC小组工作模式探索与实践及GEC小组工作模式下大学生思想政治教育的反思与创新三方面探讨了如何在GEC模式下增强大学生思想政治教育的时效性与创新性。

with the development of modernization, the Concept/Means / content of Ideological and Political Work has faced unprecedented challenges. The analogies between Social Work and Ideological and Political Work have been striking. The thesis creates GEC college students group social work mode （referred to hereafter as the GEC mode） to improve Ideological and Political Work.
