我党经过几十年的探索实践,逐渐形成独特的社会管理理念,思想上坚持"民本"理念,政治上坚持"民主"理念,经济上坚持"民生"理念。以"民本、民主、民生"为核心的社会管理理念不仅是马克思主义"人民当家作主"思想的创新,而且是我党执政为民思想的结晶,也是各级党委和政府进行社会管理的行动指南。

After the explorations and practices for decades, our party formed the special ideas of social manage- ment： the ＂people -oriented＂ in thoughts, the ＂ people democracy＂ in politics and the ＂people＇s livelihood＂ in e- conomic. These ideas are not only the innovation of the marxism thought that ＂the people are the masters of coun- try＂, the crystallization of the thought that our party governs for People＇s interests, but also the guide that the party committees and governments at all levels are engaged in social management.
