高校院系党政联席会议制度运行机制研究

A Research on Operating Mechanism of Joint Party and Administration Meeting System in Chinese Colleges and Universitie′s Departments

高校院系实行党政联席会议制度是当前党中央加强高校基层组织建设的基本要求,也是高校院系适应新时期新任务实现自身良性健康发展的客观需要。但现实中,一些高校和院系不落实院系党政联席会议制度的现象还大量存在,高校必须自觉从制度和机制建设上保证院系党政联席会议制度的正常运行,促进高校院系持续健康发展。

The carrying out of joint party and government meeting system in Chinese colleges and universities＇ de- partmentz is a basic requirement for Party Central Committee to enhance grassroots organization construction in cur- rent time, and is also a desirability for Chinese colleges and universities＇ departments to adjust to new age, new commitment, and to fulfill a bright self- development. However, in reality, there is a phenomenon that a lot of Chinese colleges and universities and departments do not put the joint party and government meeting system into practice. Chinese colleges and universities must to ensure the normal operation of joint party and government meet- ing system automatically from system and mechanism construction, which can promote a sustained and sound devel- opment of Chinese colleges and universities＇ departments.
