摘要
健美操是一项融体操、舞蹈、音乐,集健身与娱乐为一体的身体练习,是一种现代社会发展起来的新兴的体育运动。运用文献资料法,问卷调查法,实验法和数理统计法对甘肃政法学院部分女大学生参加健美操训练后的心理健康认知情况进行探讨和研究。认为女大学生是心理问题高发的年龄阶段,参与健美操运动可以促进女大学生的心理健康,提高女大学生的自信,促进人际交往,缓解和消除精神压力,激发女大学生的表现欲望,调节心态,是人的精神面貌和气质修养得到改善和提升。
