摘要
班级教学是我国教学的主要形式,目前主要的组班形式很难彻底解决学生学习类型的问题。按照学生学习类型进行分班,并根据教师教学类型进行匹配,可以提高学生学习的适应性从而发展学生个性化的学习方式,同时促进教师的发展,达到教学相长。
Class teaching is the main form of teaching in China, a major form of the dividing of classes is difficult to completely solve the problems of student on the deferent style learnings. In accordance with the type of student' s lerning to divide, teachers' type of instruction can increase students' adaptability in order to develop students' self learning styles, while promoting the development of teachers.
