淋必通颗粒中苦地丁、益母草、绵萆薢鉴别试验研究

Research on identification test of Coryrdalis Bungeana,Herba Leonuri and Dioscoreae Spongiosae Rhizoma in Linbitong Granules

目的对淋必通颗粒的质量进行控制。方法采用薄层色谱法(TLC法)对方中的苦地丁、益母草、绵萆薢进行鉴别。结果薄层色谱上鉴别出了制剂和三种药材的特征斑点,空白对照无干扰。结论该方法操作简单,专属性强,可用于该制剂的质量控制。

Objective To control the quality of Linbitong Granules. Methods Coryrdalis Bungeana, Herba Leonuri and Di- oseoreae Spongiosae Rhizoma in Linbitong Granules were identified by TLC. Results The characteristics dots of the praepara- tums and 3 kinds of medicinal substances were found on TLC. The bank control had no negative interference. Conclusion This method was sample,specific and it can be used for the quality control of Linbitong Granules.
