摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱法测定复方硫唑乳膏中甲硝唑的含量。方法采用Agilent C18柱(4.6 mm×250mm,5μm),以甲醇-水(20∶80)为流动相,流速1 mL·min-1,检测波长320 nm,柱温30℃。结果甲硝唑进样量在0.809 3~5.665 1μg范围内呈良好线性关系(r=1),平均回收率100.7%,RSD=1.3%。结论本方法结果准确,专属性强,重现性好,可作为复方硫唑乳膏中甲硝唑的含量测定方法。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of metronidazole in Compound Sublimed Sulfur and Metronidazole Cream. Methods Agilent C ls column ( 4.6 mm ×250 mm,5 μm )was adopted with methanol -water(20: 80) as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 ,the detection wavelength was 320 nm and the column temperature was 30 ℃. Results Metronidazole showed a good linear relationship within 0. 809 3 - 5. 665 1 μg ( r = 1 ). The average recovery was 100.7% and the RSD was 1.3%. Conclusion The method was accurate with good specificity and reproducibility, and it was suitable for the determination of metronidazole in Compound Sublimed SuLfur and Metronidazole Cream.
