“艾毒伤元”假说与艾滋病中医发病机制研究

The Practices of Research in the Traditional Chinese Medical Pathogenesis of HIV/AIDS and "AIDS virus injurying Primordial qi" Hypothesis

目的:探讨艾滋病主要的中医病因病机。方法:结合"十五""十一五"期间科研成果,提出"艾毒伤元"假说,并运用文献研究、病例对照研究、流行病学调查(现况)研究、临床随机双盲对照研究等方法进行验证,并进行了荟萃分析。结果:明确了"艾毒伤元"的科学内涵。结论:通过对艾滋病中医病因病机进行系统研究,为新发重大疾病的中医病因病机学说研究提供思路与方法,促进中医学理论创新与发展。

Objective ：To study traditional Chinese medicine etiology and pathogenesis of HIV/AIDS. Methods：The team put forward ＂AIDS virus injurying primordial qi＂ hypothesis funding by the national key plans for basic research of China,combined with the ＂ten and eleventh five-year plan＂ period scientific research achievements, and clear the connotation of ＂AIDS virus injurying primordial qi＂ used of literature literature, case-control, epidemiology and clinical a double-blind randomized control research methods to validation. Results：Clear the scientific content of ＂AIDS virus injurying primordial qi＂. Conclusion：Through the system of research in traditional Chinese medicine etiology and pathogenesis of AIDS,to new major disease that causes and mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine theory research to provide ideas and methods, to promote traditional Chinese medicine theory innovation and development.
