焦树德教授治疗顽固性胃痛经验

Experience by Professor JiaoShude in the Treatment of Intractable Gastric Pain

目的:探讨焦树德教授治疗胃病经验。方法:通过整理资料,结合典型病案分析焦树德教授临证思路。结果:焦树德教授应用四合汤(组成:高良姜10 g,香附10 g,乌药9 g,百合15 g,丹参15 g,檀香3 g,砂仁3 g,五灵脂12 g,蒲黄10 g)治疗顽固性胃痛取得显著的效果。结论:焦树德教授治疗胃痛疗效较好。

Objective ： To study the experience by professor Jiao Shude in the treatment of gastric disease. Methods ： Analyze the clinical thinking by professor Jiao Shude through the long-term follow-up with teacher and data arrangement combined with typical medical re- cords. Results ： The application of Sihe decoction （ composition ： gaoliang jiang 10 g, xiangfu zi 10 g, wuyao 9 g, baihe 15 g, danshen 15 g, tanxiang 3 g, sharen 3 g, wuling zhi 12 g, puhuangl0 g） achieves significant effect on gastralgia. Conclusion：The treatment by professor Jiao Shude for gastric disease has good curative effect.
