摘要
目的:通过对金栀清毒颗粒组方分析和药学实验研究,为进一步研究该制剂的质量和疗效提供参考。方法:将组方药味进行药理分析,用大黄、丹参、山楂进行鉴别实验。结果:该处方药理成分确切,鉴别实验可靠、专属性强。结论:进一步全面进行金栀清毒颗粒的组方分析和药学研究很有必要。
Objective：Provide the reference for further study on the quality of the preparation and curative effect through Jinzhi Qingdu particles component analysis and parmacyexperimental study. Methods：pharmacological analysis on the taste,with Dahuang; Danshen; Shanzha from the experiment. Conclusion ： The prescription pharmacological composition is precise, reliable with strong specificity. Re- suits ： Further jinzhi qingdu keli component analysis and pharmaceutical research is necessary.
