天麻钩藤饮治疗儿童多发性抽动症临床研究

Clinical Study on the Treatment of Children's Tourette Syndrome by Tianma Gouteng Yin

目的:观察天麻钩藤饮加减治疗儿童多发性抽动症的临床疗效。方法:将符合抽动症诊断的患儿随机分为治疗组46例和对照组40例。治疗组予以天麻钩藤饮加减,对照组口服氟哌丁醇片。结果:治疗组有效率为86.96%,对照组有效率为77.50%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:天麻钩藤饮治疗儿童多发性抽动症具有较好的疗效。

Objective：To study clinical effect of modified tianma gouteng yin in the treatment of children＇s tourette syndrome. Methods： Children with tourette syndrome were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group （46 cases） were given modified tianma gouteng yin,while the contrdl group （40 cases） haloperidol. Results： The effective rate was 86.96% in the treatment group and 77.50% in the control group. The difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Tianma gouteng yin has a significant curative effect on tourette syndrome.
