摘要
目的:阐述崩漏发生的病因病机及治疗方法。方法:通过临床经验结合中医基础理论对崩漏的病因病机及治疗体会进行阐述。结果:脾肾亏虚、瘀血阻滞是崩漏发生的主要病机;补肾健脾,化瘀止血是治疗崩漏的主要大法。结论:中医药治疗崩漏疗效较好。
Objective：To expound the pathogenesis and therapeutics of uterine bleeding. Methods：Discuss the pathogenesis and therapeu- tics through clinical experience combined with the basic theory of TCM. Results ： Spleen and kidney deficiency and blood stasis are the main pathogenesis of uterine bleeding. Reinforcing kidney and strengthening spleen and hemostasis are the main method for uterine bleeding. Conclusion ：The curative effect of TCM therapy for uterine bleeding is good.
