穴位透刺配合中药治疗周围性面神经麻痹临床研究

Observation of Acupoints Acupuncture Combined with Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Peripheral Facial Palsy

目的:验证穴位透刺配合中药治疗周围性面神经麻痹的疗效。方法:240例周围性面神经麻痹患者随机分为治疗组150例,对照组90例。治疗组予以穴位透刺配合中药治疗;对照组予以普通针刺治疗。结果:治疗组有效率100.0%,对照组有效率92.3%。两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:穴位透刺配合中药治疗周围性面神经麻痹疗效好。

Objective：To test the curative effect of acupoints acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine in the treatment of peripheral facial palsy. Methods ：240 patients with peripheral facial palsy were randomly divided into the treatment group（ n = 150） and the control group （ n = 90）. The treatment group was given acupoints acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine. The control group was given or- dinary acupuncture treatment. Observe the curative effect after 1 course of treatment and 2 course of treatment. Results： The effective rate was 100.0% in treatment group and 92.3% in control group, the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Acupoints acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine in the treatment of peripheral facial palsy has good curative effect.
