液力返馈排采泵的研制

摘要 针对低排量排采井因煤层析出的煤粉落在管式泵的固定阀上,造成固定阀的通道堵塞的现状研制了液力返馈排采泵。文中介绍了液力返馈排采泵的结构组成、工作原理、性能特点、关键结构的研究设计和理论计算。该泵能够将落在固定凡尔处煤粉和砂子吸入并排出泵筒,有效地避免了对固定凡尔通道的堵塞,从而达到延长排采井检泵周期的目的,将对提高延川南区块煤层气整体开发水平具有重大意义。 In view of the fact that fine coals sloughed off from coal seam fell on the fixed valve and blocked the passage of tubular pump in the low displacement production wells, the authors developed a pump with hy- draulic feedback feature. The paper describes the structural composition, working principles, performance fea- tures, research and design of the key structures and theoretical computation of the production pump with hy- draulic feedback. The pump can suck in and discharge the fine coals and sand that fall on the fixed valve, and effectively avoid blockage of the passage of the fixed valve, as a result, the inspection and repair interval of the production well may be extended. This is of greeat importance to enhancement of the entire CBM development level of Yanchuan south block.
