摘要
本文从柳林地区地质及储层特征等技术层面上进行分析,采用数值模拟的方法,根据柳林地区不同地点不同的地质特性,设计了对应的排采设备及排采方案,尝试并使用了电潜泵、螺杆泵,游梁泵三种不同类型的泵,首次在该区试验采用丛式井组的煤层气生产方式,使该区的煤层气生产取得了历史上的突破,水平井产量超过了 15000m3/ d,直井最高产气量达到 1800m3/ d,应用情况表明,该排采工艺技术能较好地满足柳林地区煤层气井排采的需要,为该区大规模开采煤层气积累了宝贵经验。
The paper analyses the characteristics of geology and reservoir in Liulin area from technical point of view. Based on different geological characteristics at different points in Liulin area, the authors have designed corresponding equipment and proposal for dewatering and production using numerical simu- lation method. Three different types of pumps have been tried, and used i. e. electric submersible production of the horizontal well exceeded 15,000m3, the highest production of a vertical well being 1,800m3/d. The results indicated that this technology can satisfy the need of gas production in Liulin ar- ea, and that it provided precious experiences for large scale gas production in this area.
