摘要
旨在提高教育质量的教师专业化运动席卷全球,并成为教育改革的焦点。高校教师的专业化不仅为辅导员专业化创造了实践空间,而且提供了理论参考。目前,我国学术界对高校辅导员的专业化的认识仍存在一定的分歧,制约了高校辅导员专业化的深入推进。通过对高校教师专业化理论渊源的分析认为:明晰的岗位职责是高校辅导员专业化的前提;专门的技术原理是高校辅导员专业化的基础;丰富的实践性知识是高校辅导员专业化的核心;明确的生涯规划是高校辅导员专业化的保障。
The teachers professionalization movement whose purpose is to improve the quality of education is sweeping the globe and becoming the focus of education reform. Professionalization of university teachers not only created practice space for counselors specialized, but also provides a theoretical reference. Currently, our understanding of the academic professional college counselors still has some differences, which restricted the deepening of specialized college counselors. By the analysis on the theoretical origin of collge teachers specialization, we know that : Clear responsibility is a premise for professional college counselors ; dedicated tech- nical principle is the basis for professional college counselors ; abandant practical knowledge is the core for professional college coun- selors; clear career planning is the protection for college counselors specialization.
