Reflections on Cultivation of Innovative Talents

培养优秀的人才,关键是其创新和独立思考能力的培养,授之以"渔",而非单纯的"鱼",培养创新人才,是高校最重要的教育使命,首先要树立以生为本、个性化教育的理念;其次要在课程、教材、教师、实践基地、校园文化等方面,形成一个多样化的创新人才培养的体制和机制;最后要重视人才创新人格的养成。

The key of cuhivating talented people is the cuhure of innovation and independent thinking ability, we should teach them the ways to learn. Cultivating talented people is the colleges most important educational mission. We must firstly establish a personalized education philosophy ; secondly we should have a system and mechanism for the formation of the creative talents of a di- verse culture in the curriculum, teaching materials, teachers, practice base, campus culture and so on; finally, the attention should be paid to the personality development of personnel innovation.
