高职学生管理的新思路

New ideas of the management for Higher vocational students

学生管理工作是高职院校教育的重要组成部分。根据学生管理的现状,从学生的思想状况、网络对学生的影响、传统的管理方式等三个方面分析,提出对学生管理的新思路。即:必须转变学生管理理念,注重学生个性化发展;倡导绿色上网,培养学生共享健康网络;实施"双性"、"双规"管理方略,增强学生管理效能。

Student management is an important part of higher vocational education. According to the status of student manage- ment, analyzing from the three aspects of the student~ state of mind, the impact of network on students and the traditional manage- ment methods, the author put forward new ideas on the management of students as follows. We must change our students manage- ment philosophy, and focus on students＇individual development; advocate green Internet, cultivate students sharing health network; implement the ＂double＂ management strategy, to enhance students management performance.
