摘要
电力短缺的大环境形成了传统的差别电价。电力市场供求关系的逆转 ,促使顾客导向的差别定价的提出。本文在透析差别定价的基本涵义的基础上 ,对差别定价在我国电力市场的具体运用及其意义予以探讨 。
