农村社区护士岗位培训现状调查

Invesigation of rural community nurse job training status

目的:掌握农村社区护士岗位培训现状和一般情况,为制定有效的培训策略,改进培训现状提供依据。方法:采用问卷调查方式对119名农村社区护理人员进行一般情况、岗位培训基本情况、教育现状、培训效果满意情况四个方面的调查。结果:无岗位培训证书的占87.39%;没有经过系统的社区护理教育达80.67%;此前没有参加过社区护士学习的达到83.19%,社区护士岗位培训状况明显滞后。99.16%的护士认为有必要对社区护士进行岗位培训;98.32%的护士认为社区护士岗位培训对掌握社区护理专业知识和掌握操作技能有很好的帮助。结论:要加大加快社区护士的岗位培训力度,加强社区护理培训课程建设,提高培训的实效性。

Objective ： To master rural community nurse job training situation, to provide basis for making effective strategies of training and improving current situation of training. Methods：Employing the questionnaire to investigate basic conditions ,job training, present educational situation, and the effect of training on 119 workers in general. Results ： Rural community nurse without job training certificate covers 87.39% ;without the system of community nursing educa- tion covers 80.67%, having not taken part in community nurse learning reached 83.19%, community nurse job training status obviously lags. 99.16% of the students think it is necessary to oommunity nurses post training;98.32% of the nurses thought community nurse job training have help on professional knowledge and master operating skills. Conelusion ：To speeds up the community nurse job training dynamics, to strengthen community care training course construction, and to improve the effectiveness of the training.
