量子点靶向探针在医学中的应用

摘要 新型纳米荧光材料量子点具有优越的光学特性和强大的表面修饰能力,在此基础上,量子点结合多种生物分子或化学物质制成的靶向探针在生物医学领域发挥着重大作用。该探针具有的靶向作用可以使量子点在肿瘤诊断中定位更加准确,并可以在加强疗效的同时,减小对于非肿瘤细胞的不良反应。日前,垃子点靶向探针在细胞分子识别、体内成像、生物传感器、疾病治疗等领域的研究进展迅猛。 Based on the superior optical properties and the advantage of surface-modifiable capacity, the novel fluorescent nanoparticle quantum dots can conjugate with many kinds of biomolecules or chemical materials to form target quantum dots, which play an important role in biomedicine. The target ability this probe possesses offers a more accurate tumor localization, and minimizes the side effect to normal cells while strengthens the curative effect. At present, the probe makes a great progress in many areas, such as cell and molecule recognition, imaging in vivo, biosensing and diseases treating.
