摘要
用奥氏作——贝氏体球铁代替20CrMnTi钢制造拖拉机末端传动齿轮,具有重量轻、噪声小、毛坯成本低、热处理周期短及等淬前切削加工性能好等优点。使用证明,完全可以满足各项技术要求,能使齿轮生产成本降低50%左右。
An account is given of woik to use austenitic-bainitic ductile hon to replace 20CrMnTi steel for manufacturing the tractor end transmission gefcrs. The road test and test-bed experiment have proved that the austenitic-bainitic ductile iron gears can meet all the technical specification for tractor. Compared with 20CrMnTi steel gears, austenitic-bainitic ductile iron gears have apparent technical and economical advantage with marked reduction in cost and weight, low noise in operation, short heat treatment cycle and higher machinabilily before austempering, which allows the total production costs of gear to be reduced by about 50%.
