摘要 研究了稀土对铬镍钨奥氏体耐热铸钢组织和性能的影响,结果表明,稀土能净化钢液;减少钢中杂质;改变硫化物结构、形状和分布;细化枝晶组织;减少二次枝晶臂间距;提高耐热铸钢的塑性和耐热性。 In this paper, the effect of RE on stiuclures and properties of a new Cr-Ni-W-Mo austenilic heat resistant cast steel was Studied.Results have shown that the RE has better purifying effect for steel liquid due to deciease in content of impurity elements, change the structurs, forms and distributions of sulphides, reduce the reduce 'quantity of the eutectic carbide, change its form and distribution,make dendrites small,decrease spaces of secondary dendiite arms and give the cast steel with improved ductility. The movable gates produced using the new Cr-Ni-W-Mo heat resistant cast steel containing RE developed by authors have better resistances to thermal fatigue and abrasion and it come into use incement mills.
