Building Teachers Group of Sustainable Development in Computer Science and Engineering Department

本文分析了计算机领域人才的特点及计算机系教师现状,提出构建计算机系可持续发展的教师队伍的几点建议,指出对教师培养要从教学、科研多方面角度着手,结合专业发展需求和教师发展定位综合考虑,以团队建设和长期稳定发展为目的制定专业教师培养方案。

This paper analyzes the characteristics in the field of computer and current situation of teachers in computer department. At the meanwhile, some advice is given about teachers of sustainable development. The training of teachers should be carried out in sev- eral hands, such as teaching, research, etc. Considering the development of subject and teachers, we should make a plan for training teachers on purpose of team building and stable development of team.
