数字化增压站集输模式的探讨与研究

数字化增压站集输模式为一级半布站方式,具有对生产的数据采集自动化、监控实时化、流程简单化、降低了工人劳动强度等特点。该模式是红井子作业区目前主要的集输流程方式,在原油外输中发挥了重要的作用,同时该模式也存在一定的不足,建议通过添加降回压装置,完善该模式,同时增压撬的液位计、燃烧器和外输泵在运行中出现问题较多。根据现场实际情况对增压站的部分流程进行了改进。

Digitizing pressure generating station gathering pattern is one and half pattern of building station, which has the character of picking up the data automatically ,monitoring at current time, being oversimplified path of oil and water mixture, saving the labor of workers and so on .It is mainly models in the HongJingZi operational zone and has a huge function about the crude oil gathering, and still have some disadvantages in it and adding a decreas- ing uplift pressure equipment is advised in this article to improve this model.Besides ,the Digitizing pressure generating will be effected in its level gauge,burner and the pump of out-transportation ,so the measures being taken will be discussed in this paper.
