摘要
观察了6种不同溶液及4种不同水对大眼鳜精子激活等级的影响。结果表明:pH6.0~9.0时,精子激活等级无显著差异,pH 8.5时精子的激活等级最高。大眼鳜精子的激活比例受葡萄糖、Na+、K+、Mg2+、Ca2+的影响,最适于大眼鳜精子激活的葡萄糖、NaCl、KC和CaCl2溶液浓度分别为2 g/L、10 mmol/L、0.3 mmol/L和1 mmol/L,Mg2+各组精子激活比例均低于对照组,是大眼鳜精子运动的抑制因子。4种水中精子激活等级由高到低的顺序依次为瀑气自来水、去离子水、河水和蒸馏水。
Effects of 6 kinds of solutions and 4 water on sperm activation level of Siniperca kenri were studied. The results indicated that no marked difference was found when pH value of solutions changed from 6.0 to 9. 0, and the most suitable pH value was 8.5. Glucose and metal ions Na^+、K^+、Mg^2+ and Ca^2+ affects Siniperca kenri sperm activation proportion, and the most suitable solution concentrations of Glucose, NaCl, KCl and CaCl2 were 2g/L, 10mmol/L, 0. 3mmol/L and lmmol/L, respectively. The sperm activation proportion of Mg^2 + groups was lower than control group, it was the inhibiting factor of sperm motion of Siniperca kenri. The sperm activation level decreases from distilled water, deioned water, river water to tap water, ordinally.
