摘要
新形势下如何利用有限的资源来培养"素质型"人才,是教育工作者值得研究的一个问题。作者结合目前《遗传学实验》存在的种种弊端,对实验的教学方法、让学生参与实验的准备以及改进实验考核方法等方面进行了改进,旨在为通过《遗传学实验》如何培养创新型人才做了一些探索、实践。
It is a question which the educator is worth studying that uses the limited resources to raise the quality person under the new situation. This paper discusses the teaching methods of genetics experiment and involving the student participating in experiment prepare. The aim is to improve the quality of the students and cultivate their abilities.
