我国民间医药相关政策法规现状研究

Study of policies and regulations of Chinese folk medicine

民间医药是中医药的重要组成部分,也是中医药学形成的重要来源,从古至今为保障我国各族人民健康发挥了重要作用。进一步完善民间医药政策是目前民间医药工作的关键,本研究从基本政策、医疗机构、从业人员、药物管理、特色技术五个方面系统梳理了我国民间医药相关现行政策法规,分析目前民间医药面临的政策环境,并在此基础上提出建议,为在深化医疗卫生体制改革中进一步完善民间医药政策提供参考。

Folk medicine is an important source and part of traditional Chinese medicine. It＇s always playing an important role in Chinese healthcare. Further improvement of the folk medicine policy is the key of folk medicine work at present. This literature summarizes current state of Chinese folk medicine policies and regulations from five main aspects including basic policy, medical institution, practitioner, drug administration and medical technology, and analyzes policy environment that Chinese folk medicine faced. In addition, recommendations are made on the base of the policy situation analysis, in order to provide valuable information for future improvement of Chinese folk medicine policies and regulations in health care reform.
