摘要
以南方互联电网为研究对象 ,以清华调度员培训系统(DTS)为研究平台 ,对如何直接利用监视控制及数据采集(SCADA )量测数据建立南方联营电网实时仿真进行了研究。基本方法的思路是 ,先根据历史典型数据预测当前运行方式 ,对 DTS进行初始化 ;然后依据 SCADA数据 ,对联营网中的发电机出力、网络拓扑进行修正 ;最后对联络线断面潮流、中枢点电压等目标进行调整控制 ,从而得到联营网较为逼真的 DTS实时潮流。该方法可称为预测 -修正 -控制法。在 SCADA量测数据质量较好的情况下 ,潮流断面的仿真值和量测值之间误差较小。这为网调 DTS实现在线运行提供了一种手段 ,增强了 DTS的实用性。实例表明 。
Oriented to South China Power Network, based on Thinhua DTS (THDTS), a new method is presented to establish power network real time simulation. The method includes three steps. First, the current operating state is calculated on the basis of off line data to initialize DTS. Second, the generation and topology of Joint Venture Power Network are corrected according to the SCADA data. Finally, the power flows of tie lines and voltage of key buses are adjusted. Thus, a good simulation of Joint Venture Power Network can be achieved. This method can be called Calculating Correction Control method. If the SCADA data are good enough, the error between telemeter value and simulation result is very small. This method gives a way to make regional power network DTS work on line, and enhances the practicability of THDTS.
