榆紫叶甲雌雄两性跗垫结构及分泌物成分鉴定 被引量:5

摘要 通过扫描电镜观察到榆紫叶甲(Ambrostoma quadriimpressum Motschulsky)雌雄两性跗垫具有性二型现象。跗垫上着生有矛状、铲状和盘状3种类型刚毛,其中矛形刚毛和铲形刚毛在雌雄两性的跗垫上都有分布,盘形刚毛只分布在雄性跗垫上。用正己烷对雌雄两性的跗垫分泌物进行提取,经气相色谱(GC)分离后,分析发现雌雄两性的跗垫分泌物在组分上没有明显差异。经气质(GC-MS)鉴定跗垫分泌物由一系列的14~36个碳的直链烷烃和带1~3个甲基的支链烷烃组成。 The sexual dimorphism in tarsal adhesive setae in both female and male Ambrostoma quadriimpressum Motschulsky was observed using scanning electron microscope (SEM). The three types of setae on tarsi are lanceolate setae with a flattened tapered terminal part, spatula-shaped setae, and setae with a discoidal terminal. The tarsi of both female and male A. quadriimpressum are covered with lanceolate and spatula-shaped setae, while discoidal setae only distribute on the male tar- si. There is no significant difference in principal components of tarsal secretions extracted by hexane between male and female A. quadriimpressum. The tarsal secretions of A. quadriimpressum consist of straight-chaln hydrocarbon (C14-C36) and branched-chain hydrocarbon with 1-3 methyl identified by GC-MS.
