Exploration and Analysis of Vocational Colleges Career Education Model in "People-oriented" Educational Philosophy

面对日益严峻的就业形势,如何落实"以人为本"的教育理念,切实推进高职院校职业生涯教育工作,是亟待解决的一个重要课题。该文通过对当前高职院校职业生涯教育工作的现状及存在的问题进行分析,思考并探讨了如何在"以人为本"教育理念下加强和改进高职院校职业生涯教育工作,从而促使职业生涯教育工作向科学化、专业化、专门化方向迈进。

In the face of increasingly severe employment situation,how to implement ＂people-oriented＂ education philosophy and promote developing of vocational colleges career education is an important issue to be solved.Current situation and existing problems of vocational colleges career education are analyzed in this article.On the basis,the problem is Investigated on how to strengthen and improve vocational colleges career education in ＂people-oriented＂ educational philosophy and promote career education work to develop in a scientific,systematic and professional direction.
