脊柱手术并发脑脊液漏的治疗

Treatment of Cerebrospinal Fluid Leakage After Spine Surgery

目的探讨脊柱手术后并发脑脊液漏的处理方法和疗效。方法 16例脊柱手术后脑脊液漏的患者,采用延长持续引流时间、间断夹闭引流管的方法进行处理。9例患者,术后3天常规拔除引流管。观察两组患者手术切口愈合时间。结果延长持续引流时间间断夹闭引流管组手术切口愈合时间为12～18 d,平均为14 d。常规拔除引流管组手术切口愈合时间为14～24 d,平均为20 d。两组手术切口愈合时间差异明显(P<0.05)。结论延长持续引流时间并间断夾闭引流管的方法,对脊柱手术后并发脑脊液漏的治疗效果良好。

Objective To explore the approach and efficacy of cerebrospinal fluid leakage ＇after spinal surgery. Methods 16 cases of cerebrospinal fluid leakage after spinal surgery were treated by extending time of drainage and intermittent clamping the drainage tube. 9 patients were removed drainage tubes conventionally after three days of surgery. The incision healing time of patients was observed. Results The incision healing time for those treated by extending continuous drainage and intermittent clamping the drainage tube group ranged from 12 to18 days, with an average of 14 days. As for the group of drainage tube routine removal, the incision healing time is from 14 to 24 days, with an average of 20 days. The surgery incision healing time was significantly different between those two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The time of extending continuous drainage time and intermittent clamping the drainage tube is more effective for spine cerebrospinal fluid leakage after spinal surgery than conventional intervention.
