摘要
根据锡青铜的准平衡状态和非平衡状态组织的特点,探讨了固溶化热处理过程中组织的变化及其对抗胶合、抗磨损性能的影响。得出,固溶于α相内的锡,对抗胶合、抗磨损性能的作用有一饱和值—6%左右。通过固溶化热处理可将锡青铜的合锡量由10%降至6%而仍保持有相当的抗胶合及抗磨损性能。
According to the structure characteristic of quasi-equilibrium and non-equilibrium constitution of tin bronze alloy, the authors have [investigated the structure changes during the solutionizing and the effect of the changes on the properties of seizing-resistance and wear-resistance, and the effect of different tin content on the properties has also been discussed. It is concluded that there is a saturation limit value of tin content in a-phase which makes the effect on their properties, namely, ~6 %. The tin content in the tin bronze alloy could be decreased from 10% to 6 % through the solutionizing and adding some phosphide, and the seizing-resistant and wear-resistant properties remaining invariable.
