This article studies the development status of electronic business, analyses the existing problems about the talents training and employment, points out that in the vocational colleges, the char- acteristics of talents cultivation majoring in electronic business should be embodied in the project training method, the direction feature of major design, the practical training and the special design of the school - enterprise cooperation.
