假杜鹃提取物对小鼠镇静催眠作用的实验研究

Experimental study on effects of extracts from Barleria cristata on the sedation and hypnosis in mice

目的探讨假杜鹃提取物对小鼠的镇静催眠作用。方法小鼠腹腔注射给药,观察小鼠延长戊巴比妥钠的睡眠时间及自主活动次数。结果假杜鹃提取物能显著延长小鼠戊巴比妥钠睡眠时间(P<0.01),减少小鼠自主活动次数(P<0.05)。结论假杜鹃提取物对小鼠有明显的镇静催眠作用。

Objective To investigate the effects of extracts from Barleria ctrigosa on the sedation and hypnosis in mice. Methods The sleep time of sodium pentobarbital extending and the times of autonomous activity of mice were observed by intraperitoneal injection the extracts of Barleria strigosa. Results The extracts of Barleria strigosa obviously exetended the sleep time of sodium pentobarbital （P 〈 0.01）, and decreased the times of autonomous activity of mice （P 〈 0.05）. Conclu- sion The extracts of Barleria strigosa has obvious effects on the sedation and hypnosis of mice.
